Fail to issue condolence statement on deshmukh’s demise

Jammu: What could be the most pressing engagement of the leaders in state unit of Congress as also with the ministers of the party that they failed to issue a simple condolence statement on the demise of a veteran leader of their own party Vilas Rao deshmukh who passé away today in Chennai after remaining critically ill for the last over two weeks. One really wonders as none , not even the functionaries of the JKPCC deemed it important to issue a condolence statement at the official level , not to speak of holing any condolence meeting at PCC headquarters in either of the state capitals. A pall of gloom descended the entire country after the news bout sad and untimely demise of former Chief Minister of Maharashtra Vilas Rao deshmukh came in this afternoon, with entire political spectrum condoling and mourning the passing away of the veteran leader as a great loss to the whole nation , given the rich an meaningful contribution he has made during his political career , particularly in the state of Maharashtra.
