movement his escort vehicle passed through Karpora Shirpora where IED was planted. Sources said that Dar was on his way to the
Kulgam when IED exploded. Two congress activist, Ghulam Nabi Bhat and his son Rafiq Ahmad Bhat were injured in the blast,
