| Jammu, Dec 8 (JNF) : A Lok-Adalat was held today in the District Court complex Udhampur under the chairmanship of AK Koul Principal District & Sessions Judge Udhampur. First Bench comprising Principal Sessions Judge AK Koul, Additional Sessions Judge Mohinder Kumar Sharma and Advocate Ishwar Dass Sharma dealt with the Matrimonial, MACT and Bank Cases. Second Bench comprising CJM Udhampur Jatinder Singh Jamwal, Amit Sharma Munsiff Udhampur and Bharat Bhushan Sharma Advocate to dealt with the petty criminal matters. Total 40 cases were taken-up and decided 22 cases in which amount Rs 55000/- was given as compensation/ recovery. |
