Jammu, Dec 8 (JNF): A Bench of the State Cons-umer Commission (SCC) Jammu comprising Justice (retired) Bashir A Kirmani, President & D.K.Kapoor, member Dist & Sessions Judge (retd) directed ACFAI in a bunch of cases filed by students who were cheated by ACFAI, directed ICFAI to refund full amount of admission fee charged from them.
The Bench directed the ICFAI to pay Rs.50, 000/-(fifty thousand rupees each) to each complainant as damages for loss of their precious educational years due to malpractices played by ICFAI. The Commission also held all the students entitled to litigation fee of Rs.5000/-.
