Workshop on Stress Management , Suicide Prevention held 12/15/2012 10:17:42 PM early times report Jammu, Dec 15: A workshop for the children of Air Force School Jammu was conducted today by Flt Lt. Chetan Yadav, Medical Officer Air Force Station, Jammu on "Stress Management and Suicide Prevention". The workshop begins with the welcome address by Vikesh Sandhal, Principal Air Force School Jammu emphasizing the relevance of the topic for the school children. The reasons and consequences of Stress Management were widely covered by the speaker and suggested several techniques to overcome stress. He also emphasized that stress can be a challenge to deal with but the individual should strive to understand the changed reality and work on finding ways to move forward from there. Students further clarified their doubts regarding stress.
