Srinagar, Dec 15: Jammu and Kashmir Department of Home today ordered placement of two senior most joint directors as in-charge Directors, Prosecution. A police spokesman said here that Mushtaq Ahmad Pandit and Mukhtar Ahmad Shah were placed as inchagre directors, prosecution in their own pay and grade. The placements were made in the interest of administration, on stopgap basis, and shall not confer any preferential right on these officers for promotion, which shall be made strictly in accordance with the Jammu and Kashmir police service recruitment Rule. These placements shall also be without prejudice to the final outcome of any litigation, pending before any competent court of law. |
