CGM NABARD visits Poonch, Rajouri 12/16/2012 11:19:01 PM EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Dec 16 : Chief General Manager (CGM) NABARD, Jammu and Kashmir S C Rabra, today started his three day visit to Poonch and Rajouri districts. During his visit the Mr Rabra will inaugurate the programme for promotion of Women Self Help Groups (WSHGs) in Poonch district. The scheme has been formulated by NABARD in association with Govt. of India to bring out a viable and self sustainable model for promotion and financing of Women Self Help Groups. The Chief General Manager will monitor ongoing projects under RIDF in Poonch district.
