| MLA Nowshera distributes IAY cheques | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Rajouri, Dec 17 : Today extending the best possible help to the families belonging to BPL MLA Nowshera Radhey Sham Sharma distributed 56 cheques amounting to Rs 14 lakhs to the beneficiaries of Sair Makri panchayat of block Nowshera of District Rajouri.
In simple but impressive ceremony MLA handed over the first installments through cheques to 56 beneficiaries under Indira Awas Yojna to the persons belonging to the below poverty line. Assistant Commissioner Development Rajouri Suriya Kouser and BDO Nowshera Rajeev Khajuria were also present on the occasion besides a large number of local people. MLA also inaugurated Panchayat ghar Sair Makri and panchayat ghar Mangyote of block Nowshera. MLA Radhey Sham while addressing the large gathering said that NC- Congress coalition in the state is working hard to eliminate poverty from the state and also various development projects undertaken by the coalition Govt are praise worthy. He also appealed to the gathering to strengthen the NC at ground level for the betterment and development of your areas, while addressing the gathering prominent locals of the area highly lauded the role of MLA Radhey Sham for providing the best possible help to the down trodden people of his constituency, they also expressed their gratitude towards the BDO Nowshera Rajeev Khajuria for his hard work and dedication to work for the people's welfare. |
