| Jan inaugurates Panchayat Ghar Saral, Chool Gagrian | | |  EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Dec 17 : MLA Haveli Poonch constituency Ajaz Ahmed Jan, today inaugurated the newly constructed Panchayat Ghar in village Saral and Chool Gagrian of Block Poonch and Mandi.
During the tour of Block Poonch and Mandi, Jan interacted with the representatives of the Panchayats.
He congratulated the people for reposing their faith in the democratic institutions and for participating in the MLC elections. The locals of the areas interacted with the MLA and apprised him of the various problems being faced by them. MLA assured the people that he will take up their concerns with the concerned departments and will help getting their grievances redressed.
Jan said "after humiliating defeat in the polls in the South Kashmir particularly Mufti's own constituency Anantnag and Mehbooba's constituency Wachi one is aghast to hear the PDP say that it has emerged as a political alternative knowing fully that they have been rejected and their politics has been buried by the electorate". |
