Early Times Report Jammu, Dec 21(JNF): Principal Sessions Judge Kathua MK Hanjura today awarded three years rigorous imprisonment to Prem Singh who was facing trial in attempt to murder case for the last 10 years. The board features of the case, as culled out from FIR and other material gathered during the investigation of the case are that on August 18, 2002, Kuldeep Singh S/o Prem Singh R/o Village Fore Lane Tehsil Kathua had gone to take a bath in nearby spring. At the moment accused Pawan Singh, armed with a sickle (dharat), with intention to kill him, struck two blows on his head as consequence injuries in his head and arms. Police registered a case case u/s 307/326/324 RPC and after completion of investigation presented challan in the Court of law.
