| NHPC a God gift for ideal employees | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
KISHTWAR, Dec. 28 : In a brazen act of no work culture , the National Hydro Electricity Power Corporation Ltd (NHPC) , has become the God's Gift for some of its ideal employees at Kishtwar who are posted here from their 1st appointment till date having the service of 10/20 years. Most of these ideal employees have started their own ventures in Kishtwar and outside Kishtwar and have never done justice with their job, but only visited their office on pay day for receiving monthly pay for no work. It is worth to mention here that due to this no work culture/ vested interest of these employees of NHPC Ltd were left with no option except let out the said project firstly to DSB a French consortium and then to Jaiparkash Associates Ltd. The NHPC Ltd, in a long span of 12 years just constructed ½ Kilometer tunnel that too at a wrong site and due to vested interest of such employees the project took nearly 27 long year time for its completion that too through another company. Since the NHPC Ltd, is center Government undertaking and a common tax payee reserves the right to took account of work and save the unnecessary looting of Government exchequer through these ideal employees. Sources within Dul Hasti Power Station Kishtwar reveal that every year on thecelebration of vigilance week the authorities of Dul power station\ are drawing huge amount on account of making banners, purchase of prizes, and serving of meals, whereas the same banners prepared earlier are used each year. |
