| Jagti Township Association demands better electric supply | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Dec 28 : A meeting of JTC Jagti (Nagrota) presided over by S.L. Pandita was held at Jagti today. The members expressed concern over the long curtailment of power supply to the township and said snapping the power supply to the township for 16 hours is quite unfortunate and unjustified. Sh. S.L. Pandita said that the Township is turned into a dark desert after 10.30 snapping power supply to the township. He also said even essential street and road lights and power supply to hospital is turned off which crates security threat to the township. The members unanimously decided to observe 'Jagti Bandh' On 8th January 2013 in support of their demands and have requested all shopkeepers, transporters, men, women, and students to co- operate in the said Bandh. |
