| PNB employee among two dead in Kishtwar | | |

KISHTWAR, Dec 28: Two persons including Punjab National Bank employee and a GREF labourer died in two separate incidents in Kishtwar today.
The first incident took place on Kishtwar-Paddar-Himachal National Highway at Galhar when a GREF laborer identified as Farooq Hussain son of Mohammad Yousaf resident of Kerru Paddar died after he was hit by a boulder as a result of which he was sliped into deep gorge. The other laborer accompanied the decease after hectic rescue operation retrieved his dead body and later handed over to the family members for burial.
In another accident a Punjab National Bank employee identified as Manoj Kumar (26 yrs) son of Chuni Lal resident of Jodhanagar Palmar died on spot when his motorcycle meet with an accident near Sangrabata on the outskirt of Kishtwar town while his friend identified as Raj Kumar son of Tilak Raj resuident Chewar Palmar got injured. Raj Kumar was immediately shifted to the hospital where doctor termed his condition as stable.Both were heading for home.Police has taken the cognizance of both the cases. |
