| 12 persons booked under Police Act | | |

Jammu/Bishnah, Dec 28: Police today claimed to have booked twelve persons for their alleged involvement in creating public nuisance and panelized them under Section 36 Police Act, police sources said. Police reports said while launching a crackdown against the persons who use to create nuisance in full public view, the police today arrested 12 persons u/s 36/Police Act. "A fine of Rs 2400/- @ 200/- per person has been imposed upon them in the Court of JMIC Bishnah, police said.
The said raid was conducted by SHO Police Station Bishnah under the close supervision of SP Hqrs Jammu and SDPO R S Pura. |
