Youth Congress appeals people to abide by traffic rules

Kishtwar, Jan 12: Vice President Inderwal Shaikh Basharat has appealed people in general and youth in particular to drive vehicles with care and abide by the traffic rules to ensure safe and smooth plying of traffic besides saving precious lives from fatal road accidents.
He impressed upon the Traffic Department to organize awareness camps, people need to know a lot about traffic and road safety. He appealed to parents to educate their children about the disastrous results of rash driving and stressed the need to strictly follow traffic rules for the betterment of society.
Lauding people for their cooperation in adopting the traffic signal system, he hoped that such initiatives would ensure safety of commuters.
