Cabinet expansion: NC MLA refutes statement 1/12/2013 11:39:07 PM early times report Jammu, Jan 12: NC MLA Choudhary Ramzan today refuted the statement published in ET's January 12 , 2013 edition in which it was stated that ' Choudhary Ramzan has said if he will not be inducted in the state cabinet, he will leave National Conference party and will fight 2014 general assembly elections as an independent candidate.'
