Jammu, Jan 12: Burglars decamped with 19 tols of gold ornaments and Rs90,000 cash when they struck into a house in Rehari locality of Jammu city, police sources said.
As per police sources, the thieves broke into the house belonging to one Ashwani Gupta in Rehari Loclaity and decamped with 19 tolas gold having face value lakhs of rupees besides cash amounting to Rs 90, 000. According to police, the burglars struck into the house during the intervening night of Jan 11/12.
As per complaint registered to Rehari police, the thieves struck into his residence and decamped with property worth lakh. A case in this connection has been registered and manhunt on the part of police is on. |
