| Kranti Dal demands probe in disappearance of infants | | |
JAMMU, Feb 1: Condemning the role of SMGS Hospital management for not protecting newly born babies, the Kranti Dal said today that it is a matter of grave concern that the infants are mysteriously disappearing from the hospital wards.
Addressing a press conference here today, Pritam Sharma blamed the SMGS hospital management for failing to protect the delivered babies in the hospital. Sharma said that poor administration of SMGS Hospital once again come to fore with the lifting of one more infant adding that in the last two months its third such incident in the hospital. "The incident shows that hospital management has not learned anything from the previous experience," Sharma said. Kranti Dal leader said that the general public has lost faith on SMGS hospital administration and the staff of Labour Room is fully responsible for the disappearance of the child as there are indications of staff members' involvement, Sharma demanded replacement of Labour Room staff and a judicial probe into the stealing of infants. |
