Jammu, Feb 1: BJP migrant cell has out rightly rejected enhancement in cash relief by state government, here today.
As per press release issued here, the president of BJP migrant cell Bharat Bhushan Bhat (Gosani) has expressed resentment against the joke was done with section of relief holders of the Kashmiri Pandit migrants of the valley.
Gosani said that the meager hike in relief amounting to Rs. 400 per soul was not acceptable to us and has been out rightly rejected. "When state government had recommended an enhancement of relief per family to Rs.10000, then why the central government has acted in quite unwarranted and unexpected manner" he said. He urged the government to immediately reconsider the demands of the relief holders and not test their patience.
"Is the government feigning ignorance on the high rising inflation and rising prices which make the relief holders feel hard pressed, asked Gosani. He also said the Prime Minister's employment package was also not being implemented which again shows how indifferent are the government agencies towards addressing the problems of the unemployed Kashmiri Pandit Youth.
