Blood donation camp organized 2/8/2013 11:26:23 PM Early Times Report Kathua, Feb 8 : A blood donation camp was today organized by the Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) at Distt. hospital Kathua , about 45 students donated their blood under the supervision of Superintendent of Hospital and blood bank staff. The ABVP's spokesperson Rahul Dev and Akhilesh Khajuria told the media persons that the aim of the camp is to render social service by donating the blood which is often a required substance for the patients in the district hospital at kathua. Tehsildar Kathua Jatinder Mishra also joined the camp voluntarily and donated his blood in order to serve the humanity. ABVP told that thousands of patients have been died in Kathua so far due to the lack of blood facility in time at kathua district hospital, so it is appealed to all the common youth that they should donate their blood once in a year so that the precious lives of the patients can be saved.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
