Jammu: In the garb of addressing the grievances of the people, the National Conference Ministers in fact subject them (people) to inconvenience.
The Ministers were directed by the Chief Minister to hold public meetings to gather feed back and to solve the problems of the people. However, the motorcade of the Ministers cause severe traffic jams on the Residency Road thus subjecting the commoner to huge inconvenience.
Not only the general public, the tourists also find it difficult to park their vehicles in the area. Shockingly not a single Traffic Police officer is deputed in the area to do the needful. "It has also adversely affected the business in the area", shopkeepers said.
The defeating screams of the motorists and the scolding of the security men only add to the confusion. |
