Early Times REport

Jammu, Feb 8: Umpteenth time in as many months, Pradesh Congress Committe has come down heavily on the statements of National conference's additional general secretary Mustafa Kamaal's statements against its leadership also lashing the criminal silence of the top NC leadership over these statements.
PCC General Secretary and Chief Spokesman Ravinder Sharma-MLC severely criticized Chief Minister's uncle and National Conference MLA Dr. Mustafa Kamaal for what he termed as his 'mischievous and malicious' propaganda against the Congress party, also taking strong exception to the criminal silence being maintained by the National Conference leadership in this regard.
Reacting sharply to the vicious tirade launched by Senior National Conference leaders Dr. Mustafa Kamal and Sheikh Nazir Ahmed against the Congress party and government of India, for quite some time, Sharma said that some leaders of National Conference are conspiring to vitiate the atmosphere of peace and harmony in the state and weaken the present coalition.
In a press note issued here, the PCC spokesman and MLC, Ravinder Sharma noted that in order to seek political gain , Kamaal and Nazir have started exploiting the people in the name of seeking plebiscite etc. and launched a false propaganda against the government of India and Congress party. "The Congress workers are not going to tolerate this mischievous and malicious propaganda and are strongly oppose to any pre-poll alliance. The views of the party workers will be conveyed to the party high command for an appropriate decision," the press note said.
Kamaal who had justified demand for plebiscite earlier, had recently targeted PCC president Soz for conspiring against his induction in the state cabinet.
