Jammu, Feb 8: Police Wives Welfare Association (Police Parivar) is organising 22nd J&K Police Public Mela at Gulshan Ground Jammu on Feb 24 and Udhampur Police has established four counters for the sale of the tickets for the raffle (Lucky) draw which always remains the m,ain attraction of Police Mela.
