Cabinet to meet on Feb 11 2/8/2013 11:40:19 PM EARLY TIMES REPORT Jammu, Feb 8: The state cabinet is scheduled to meet here on Monday evening with Chief Minister Omar Abdullah in chair, sources told KNS. According to official sources, which is all set to meet at 4 pm on February 11 is expected to discuss the replacement of outgoing Chief Secretary Madhav Lal, who has been appointed as Union Secretary for Micro, Small and Medium Industries. With senior bureaucrats M I Khanday and Parvez Dewan in race for the top bureaucratic slot in the state, Khanday is believed to be the front runner for the post, the sources added. Meanhile, the cabinet is also expected to discuss and approve certain transfers an adjustments in top ranks of the state.
