Rajouri, Feb 8: Kalidhar Brigade felicitated 13 Veer Naris of Sunderbani of Rajouri in a function organized by under aegis of Crossed Swords Division here today.
The ceremony was presided by Padmashree Patnaik, Chairperson, FWO Crossed Swords Division, who interacted with every Veer Naris individually and distributed Shawl and cash to Veer Naris.
Various other activities like cultural and traditional programme were also organized by families of Kalidhar Brigade members in the honour of Veer Naris with the motto "Unity in Diversity'.
According to official spokesperson nearly 55 families and 13 Veer Naris attended the ceremony.
Pertinent here to mention that Army has been working tirelessly towards welfare of local civil population and the occasion was another example of this initiative. |
