Basohli, Feb 21: MLA, Basohli Jagdish Raj Spolia, today inaugurated two day Employment Fair organised by Employment and counselling Centre, Kathua here at Ramlila Ground in Basohli.
ADC, Kathua, Ajay Jamwal, SDM, Basohli Pran Singh, SDPO Basohli, Rafiq Manhas were among the present on the ocassion.
Speaking on the occasion MLA said government cannot provide jobs to every individual and added that youth have holding social responsibility to play a constructive role in the development of state.
"Basohli has diverse climatic conditions which is ideal for multi cropping and multi trade farming. Youth should come forward to adopt bee keeping, fish farming, dairy farming and flower growing besides contemporary crops to get sufficient earning" he suggested.
Resource persons and technical experts of the departments detailed the audience about self employed schemes. They also suggested methods and means to establish small units not only to become self reliant but also providing employment opportunities for others too.
