JUTA calls on Hr Edu Minister, apprises various issues 2/21/2013 9:55:13 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, Feb 20: A delegation of Jammu University Teachers' Association (JUTA) called on Minister for Higher Education Mohd Akbar Lone today. The JUTA team apprised the Minister of various issues pertaining to the teaching fraternity of the University. Apart from the matters concerning to the higher education, the issues regarding the immediate release of the salary arrears as per the 6th pay commission recommendations to the university teachers and the enhancement of the age of superannuation to 65 were discussed. The Minister gave the patient hearing to the JUTA team regarding the issues and assured that he will take up the matter at the earliest.
