Absconder arrested 2/22/2013 12:08:43 AM Early Times Report Kathua, Feb 21: Police todeay claimed to have arrested one absconder from Chak Drab Khan of tehsil Kathua. The accused has been identified as Mangal Dass son of Indru resident of Chak Drab Khan Kathua. He was wanted in case FIR number 164/1998 under section 48 (a) Excise Act, registered at police station Kathua.
