Kathua, Mar 5 : Provincial Electrical Employees Union (PEEU) unit Hiranagar demanded amendment in the service recruitment rules and creation of posts of lineman, SBA and Technicians, here today. According to press release, a monthly routine meeting of PEEU was held under the chairmanship of P C Sharma, Provincial President Jammu Union. Addressing the meeting he said that the union was struggling for the amendment in the service recruitment rules and creation of posts of lineman, SBA and Technicians to face the increased work in system.
He demanded, "Release of technical Grade Rs 5000-8000 to Matric pass with ITI, experienced employees who are having stagnation in their existing pay scale, risk allowance to all the employees working in risk prone area and provision of insurance coverage to all these, implementation of Employees Welfare Scheme in favor of those employees, who have victimized through electric accident." The meeting was attended by Hardarshan Singh, Joginder Kumar, Mohinder Singh, Amar Jeet, Surinder Singh, Rajeev Kumar, Durga Parshad, Naresh Kumar, Krishan Pal Singh, Kamal Singh Advisior, Ganesh Kumar, Harish Gupta, Amit Sharma and others. |
