Jammu, Mar 9: Tehsil Thathri Development Front (TTDF) president Kuldeep Kumar Rao has appealed Chief Minister Omar Abdullah to constitute a high level committee of impartial people or CBI which might highlight all the irregularities especially the submission of totally wrong maps, showing villages on the other side of the hill to be on this side by R&B department,
He further said that regarding the irregularities in Kahara-Jai road, the public of Budhi,Joura, Shamdlian, Suranga & Kunthal have filed a writ petition in the court, following which court had directed the Chief Secretary to constitute a high level committee who were directed to submit the report by 30th of June,2012.
"The report was not submitted even up to ending August when the department's request the court to enhance the date by 2 weeks. The two week time has also been expired on 26th of Septembers but till date no report has been submitted to the Court" he alleged. |
