KD seeks security for tourists

Jammu, Mar 9: The Kranti Dal has urged the government to provide security to tourists and their vehicles. The Dal said a visitng tourist group from Kolkatta was attacked in Kashmir on March 5. The Dal said the vehicle of the group bearing registration No JK-11/6999 was damaged by stone pelting youth. Some of the tourists sustained injuries. One of them had to be airlifted to Kolkatta incritical condition on March 7 from Srinagar. Other injured include
Kaberi Das Ghosh, Debasish Ghosh, Kartik Biswas, Sapna Ghosh & Sreeparna Chakrobarty. There tourists are very scared due to this incident. CRPF also give the first-aid treatment to the tourists. Kranti Dal also helps these tourists and show sympathy to these scared and shocked tourists.
While talking to scared tourists, Sh. Pritam Sharma condemned this act and said that it is very shameful that the tourist and tourist vehicle was attacked. The Dal said that lot of vehicles bearing Jammu registration NO were targetted The Dal has demanded appropriate measures.
