Jammu, Mar 16: Aiming to aware poor artisans, one day awareness camp for Handicrafts Artisans/ Members of Cooperative Societies of Distt. Jammu was held at Nath Colony Satwari. According to press release the camp was organized by Sarwar Hussian, Deputy Registrar Induscos, which was attended by around 235 participants from the surrounding areas.
Speaking on the occasion Dy. Registrar made aware the artisans about the schemes, being implemented by the various departments such as Rajiv Gandhi Shilipa Yogna Scheme, Sher Kashmir Employment & Welfare Schemes, DIC, credit plan and rural Development. He guided the participants to avail the full benefits of the schemes.
