Jammu , Aug 8 : JK Montessorie Senior Secondary School celebrated Eid-ul-fitr with great pomp and show in school premises today. The students of various classes took part in different activities. Some students perform Nadi Sharif Namaz while others sing Khutba (sermon)- 'Zami maili nahi hoti Chaman maila nohi hota,
Mohamed ke gulamon Ka Kafan maila nahi hota.Managing Director of the school . Sanjeev Gupta was the chief guest, Mrs. Rajni Gupta - director of the academics Geeta Dixit - Vice Principal and Vandana Gupta - Coordinator and all other staff members were also present.
Vice Principal of the school Geeta Dixit told about the religious festival Eid and how people celebrate it and give Zakatut-fitr (Charity in the firm of food) on this day. After that she greet every one with Eid Mubarkh and celebration goes on |
