Amarnath Yatra suspended due to heavy rains 8/14/2013 11:26:09 PM EARLY TIMES REPORT SRINAGAR, Aug 14: The continuing heavy down pour since yesterday has halted the forward movement of Amarnath Yatris towards the holy cave shrine as the Amarnath yatra was suspended today from both the Baltal and Nunwan Base Camps. According to Chief Executive Officer of the Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board, Navin K Choudhary, the Yatra has been suspended in the interest of safety and security of the Yatris.
