Diploma Engineers hold meet 8/25/2013 11:31:56 PM EARLY TIMES REPORT REASI, Aug 25: A meeting of Diploma Engineers was held at Reasi under the chairmanship of Er S C Goswami in which a large number of Diploma Engineers participated. While addressing the gathering, Er S C Goswami expressed his concern for failure of present leadership of Diploma Engineer's association to achieve any major demand of Diploma Engineers in last fifteen years. Er Chander Sheikher urged upon the Govt. that in case of any eventuality to field staff of PDD, the FIR if any should be filed against the chair instead of any individual and extended full support to Er Upinder Singh and his team in the Elections of All J&K Diploma Engineers association to be held on September 22.
