Encroachment on irrigation land intact 8/29/2013 11:22:40 PM Early Times Report Kathua, Aug 29: Despite issuance of notices to encroachers by Irrigation department to evacuate irrigation land, the encroachments have been intact and it seemed that the encroachers have refused to evacuate the same. While Minister for Irrigation had directed and ordered the department to take action against the encroachers but nothing has been done so far.
