IT surveys Aakash Tutorial 8/29/2013 11:51:01 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, Aug 29: The Sleuths of Income Tax Department, Jammu made survey in one of the private educational institutes running in Gandhi Nagar area today. As per reports, some sleuths of Income Tax department surveyed Aakash Tutorial today which continued till late hours Thursday. The survey was conducted following the complaint that the institute filed less IT return than its known source of income. Following the complaint, IT department served notice to the institute, but when it did not get response, the IT sleuths on directions of senior officers of IT conducted survey. Sources further said that, the IT sleuths questioned the management of the institute and seized some records which including bank pass books, accounts and credit cards for scrutiny.
