| Driving test in 2 minutes, RTO Jammu style | | | Arun Singh Jammu, Sept 17: The Regional Transport Office (RTO) Jammu has the distinction of holding driving test in just two minutes. In fifteen days, the department conducted 3,623 tests. Sources told Early Times that total 3623 persons appeared in the driving tests at RTO Jammu in last two months. "Usually Government offices function for eight hours per day which means 480 minutes per day and 7200 minutes in fifteen days as per detail available 3623 persons appeared which means less than two minutes for one person for undergoing trial test which looks impossible," sources added. They further informed that out of 3623 trials only 2295 qualified the test while 1328 were failed in driving test. "In the month of June trial held for 7 days on June 6, 10, 14, 17, 20, 24, 28 while in July trial held on 1, 4, 9, 11, 15, 19, 22, 25.
