Police arrests 7 gamblers,seizes Rs 56500 bet money 9/22/2013 9:37:39 PM Udhampur Sept 22: On a specific tip off regarding illegal activity gambling in Venus Chowk area of Udhampur town, Udhampur Police arrested Seven gamblers and seized Rs. 56,500/- from them. On a specific information, a Police Party of Police Station Udhampur led by SHO Inspr. Deepak Jasrotia, conducted raid in Venus chowk area and arrested Seven gamblers were arrested from the spot namely Ashok Kumar son of krishan chand of Karn Nagar, Kumar Bimal of Lambi Gali, Rameshwar Sharma son of Om parkash of Kalar, Dheeraj Kumar son of Rattan Lal Venus Chok, Aditya Sharma son of Som Raj of Kalar, Bansi Lal son of Kirpa Ram of Jbhar Nagar and Vikas Gandhotra son of Vidya Parkassh residence of Sabji mandi Udhampur. A bet money of Rs. 56,500/- was also seized.
