GDC, Hiranagar students bag 5 medals 10/13/2013 11:19:15 PM ET REPORT KATHUA, Oct 13: Government Girdhari Lal Dogra Memorial Degree College, Hiranagar today accorded rousing reception to the students of the institute who won 5 medals in wrestling championship. There were 80 participants from 12 different Degree Colleges, who participated in Inter-Collegiate Tournament which was organized by the Directorate of Physical Education and Sports, University of Jammu. The winners who brought laurels to the college are Sunil Kumar and Amit Kumar won gold medals in 50 and 60kg after defeating Bharagava Degree College, Samba and GDC Reasi. Rajesh Kumar won silver medal while Jaqar and Arjun clinched bronze medals.
