Rajouri, Oct 13: Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Art Culture And Languages (JKAACL) Sub office Rajouri today organized a mushaira at PWD Dak Banglow conference Hall Rajouri.
As per press release, the mushaira was presided by Mirza Abdul Rashid Ex Member Rajya Sabha and speaker state Assembly where as Farooq Ahmed Shah Bukhari was the chief guest.
Cultural officer sub office Rajouri /Poonch, Dr Alamdar Adam in his address highlighted the cultural and literacy activities in the society. He said cultural department is not only providing the opportunities to young budding artists, writers but also honouring, encouraging the prominent writers.
Besides, a memento and merit certificate was presented to Rizwana Shamsi for her great achievement in Urdu language as she got selected assistant professor in Urdu in central university of Allahbad.
