| Coalition Govt trying to gag true voices of people: Saroori | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 14: Once a Minister in the Omar led coalition government, Congress MLA from Inderwal has leveled serious allegations against the government, accusing it of conspiring to gag the voices of true representatives of people and promoting vested interests inside and outside the government.
Saroori accused that certain shady elements who enjoy political patronage are engaged in witch hunting against their business rivals by misusing their affinity to the corridors of power and same modus operandi is adopted to gag leaders irrespective of parties. Vested interest engage such agents to harass their business competitors and ideological adversaries.
"They want to distract the attention of public from their failure to address the public issues. They are great failures and they are exposed before public and will face music in coming elections" Saroori said hinting at the Ministers and leadership of the National Conference.
"They tried such harassment on me also but they are exposed. Those who amassed huge wealth and are opening new business ventures with their political masers think that no one knows about their shady deeds but they are living in fool's paradise. Enough is enough now such elements shall be taught lesson in public and tackled legally" he said further adding ," Government machinery was trying to gag our voices. I advise them to prove their representative character and improve their non performing image." |
