| Jammu, Nov 1: In a criminal appeal filed by Som Nath Sharma then Director Agriculture Jammu who was convicted and sentenced by Special Judge Anticorruption Jammu on October 30, 2013, Justice Tashi Rabstan of J&K High Court Jammu Wing today after going through the petition, suspended the sentence of Som Nath Sharma and admitted him to bail on furnishing bail bond to the tune of Rs 20,000 with one surety of the like amount to the satsification of Registrar Judicial of High Court.
