Jammu, Nov 4: All Jammu and Kashmir State Road Transport Cooperation Volunteer Retired Employees Association today conducted rally which started from press club and moved towards civil secretariat.
According to press release, the rally was organized under the leadership of president Dev Raj Bali.
"Jammu and Kashmir finance department and higher authorities of transport for not releasing their pending 126 slabs of Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) arrears January 1 2006 along with leave salary, ex- gratia grant and pending arrears and 6th pay commission implementation January 1 2006" said Bali.
He further said that pending bills were lying with the commissioner/ secretary finance department, civil secretariat Jammu and we people were suffering badly for last 3 years.
General Secretary Surinder Singh, Vice president Balwinder Singh, BV Sharma, Esan Elahi,Harbans Singh, Surat Singh, Sain Mohd and Subash Singh present on the occasion. |
