Minor reshuffle in J&K Judiciary 11/4/2013 11:31:50 PM ET Report Jammu, Nov 4: On the direction of Chief Justice MM Kumar of State High Court, Registrar General Suresh Kumar Sharma has issued order of transfer and posting. According to order No 592, Ashok Kumar Koul Principal Sessions Judge Udhampur has been transferred and posted as Principal District & Sessions Judge Kathua which is vacant due to the appointment of MK Hanjura as Registrar Supreme Court of India.Ramesh Kumar Wattal Additional District & Sessions Judge Udhampur has been transferred and posted as Principal Sessions Judge Udhampur. He shall also hold the additional charge of court of Additional District Judge Udhampur till further orders .According to the order Chief Judicial Magistrate Poonch Riyaz ul Haq Mirza shall hold the charge of the Court of Sub-judge Surankote. Riyaz ul Haq Mirza 2nd Additional Munsiff Srinagar shall hold the charge of the court of 1stAdditional Munsiff Srinagar.
