| Rajouri people felicitates ADGP Sahai | | |

RAJOURI, Nov 24: A grand reception party was organized by the people of Rajouri in honour of ADGP Armed SM Sahai at Dak Bungalow Rajouri on his visit here today.
A large number of dignitaries, prominent social and political stalwarts, senior civil and police officers among others were present on the occasion. People appreciated and hailed the working of the ADGP while his postings there as DIG Rajouri Poonch range.
Speaking on the occasion senior political leader Shahzad Khan, Shafiq Mir and Liaqat Choudhary said that even today the officer the officer is much remembered with great respect and affection by all young and old in the region for his people friendly and judicious policing during the peak militancy period. He said it was but for his judicious administration that the youth then could see the daylight.They also appreciated the working of the officer during his tenure.
Later speaking on the occasion, ADGP Sahai thanked the people for the affection showered upon him and said that he is there for the service of the people. |
