Bani, Nov 24: "150 years old "Badi Chandi Mata Mandir" is still deprived of road connectivity despite repeated assurances by politicians and some officers", alleged Sarpanch Brij Lal of panchayat Chandal of Bani. Demanding road facility from Chandal to Badi Chandi Mata Mandir, a protest was staged by residents of Panchayat Chandal of Bani. Addressing the protesters, Brij Lal alleged district administration for not providing road facility to the villages fall in area of Chandal to Badi Chandi Mata Mandir due to which the people of the area were facing hardships. "It is a historical monument, visited by thousands of pilgrims every year but lack of road connectivity has led to its negligence", he said.The protesters also castigating administration for deteriorating condition of Anganwari centre which was being locked for the last three years in village Machua, due to which the small kids are getting suffered at large. The protesters urged the district administration to take serious and immediate step for the construction of this said road so that villagers and pilgrimages could be facilitated. Mohan Lal, Maya Ram, Hem Raj, Hans Raj, Mohamad Aziz Wani, Abdul Rashid Mistry, Ram Lal and several others were presented. |
