Kathua, Nov 24: A "Quiz competition" based on the popular events related to the "Life of Swami Vivekananda" was organized in the campus of Vivekananda college of Education by Vivekananda Kendra Kathua. Welcoming all the guests and audience, Principal of College Dr. Anju Sharma said that youths should try to follow the ideals and principles laid down by Swamiji and should join hands with the Kendra in order to fulfill its mission of spreading the message of this great person. The participants were divided into four teams Team A, Team B, Team C & Team D. Whereas Pawan Vivek acted as the Quiz Master, Ishwar Sharma noted down the scores. Questions related to Swamiji's life were asked and each team tried its best to give the right answer. In the end results were announced by Ishwar. Team C was the winner team. Team B and Team A scored 2nd & 3rd positions. At the end of the programme, vote of thanks was presented by Madhu Gupta, senior lecturer of the College. |
