Rajouri, Nov 24:Third Academic Council meeting of Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University was held in Rajouri campus to discuss the academic performance of the University. Various decisions including initiating of new departments were also taken in it. The meeting was held under the Chairmanship of Vice Chancellor BGSBU, Prof Irshad A Hamal and was attended by Academic Council members viz Prof. A. The Council expressed satisfaction over the outstanding performance of the University in all sector especially in the academics and gave their consent for initialing more departments in the University from the coming academic session. Council also expressed pleasure over the working of all departments and placements thereof. Vice Chancellor Prof I.A Hamal in his address thanked all the members for participating in the meeting and sharing valuable suggestions for taking forward this young institution towards horizons. He also pledged to make improvements in the University in all sectors and make it a vibrant institution of this state. He also appealed intellectual class to work for development of the University. |
