Early Times Report JAMMU, Nov 30: Over twenty thousands people participated in the mega Jagran 'Mata Ki Chouki' organised by the Shri Ram Sena Jammu and Kashmir in collaboration with MUM Technologies Private Limited at Parade Ground, Jammu. The programme, which started from 9:00 PM at Parade Ground Jammu, attracted thousands of devotees despite chilled winter. Minister for Agriculture, Ghulam Hassan Mir; Member Parliament, Lal Singh; Surinder Singh Shingari besides prominent civil society members were also present in the Jagran. While giving details, State President Shri Ram Sena, Rajiv Mahajan said that this is the first ever biggest Jagran organised for peace and prosperity of the state. Renowned Punjabi singers like Lakhwinder Wadali, M.R Rajan, Anjusha Sharma, Mahinder Soni, Lakshaya Mahajan and the son of the soil master Anmol Jaiswal, who was the Guest of Honour on the occasion, mesmerised audience with their melodious voices. People for Jammu city and adjoining localities, besides other places participated in the Mega Jagran and took the blessings of Maa Bhagwati, Bhagwan Shiv and Goddess Parwati. Later, Prasad was also served among the devotees and participants. Speaking on the occasion, Member Parliament, Lal Singh and Agriculture Minister, Ghulam Hassan Mir appreciated efforts of the Rajiv Mahajan. In the end, Mahajan thanked to the administration for giving full cooperation in Jagran. He also thanked devotees for being the part of this holy Jagran and assured that the same shall continue in future as well. Mahajan also expressed his thanks to office bearers of Mum Technologies, especially Davinder Nanda, Aman Gupta and Nitin for providing logistic support. |
